SF or bust

SF was awesome! We did it ALL but still wanted more, which is just the way we like to leave it!

You see, SF is a place of wonder for us all. There's so much to admire about the people of SF and all that it offers. We didn't want to waste a minute!!

Right off the plane we got straight to playing, made a new friend and yelled "we're home!"

Going to the top of Fort Point under the Golden Gate and jumping for joy (and hoping not to get blown away in the cold gusts of wind wiping by)

Planet Granite, "bouldering" our way Up!

Having the best froyo in the world with our first BFF's Kate & Jack!

Kate and I playing dress up and raiding Dina's closet for accessories.

Visiting our old marina stomping ground and hitting Moscone Park

Doing BBQ Sunday with The Jaffee &
Finkelstein crew...

Exploratorium climbing art looking over the Bay on a gorgeous sunny day with every middle school within a 20 mile radius (praying the Norovirus wasn't a parting gift!)

Attempting to ride the cable cars, only to be rejected on a "Sick out" strike

Studying animal skulls (like this Africsn elephant) at the California Academy of Sciences...

Visiting the Pier 39 Bay Aquarium that actually tunnels under the Bay, getting eye to eye with an octopus and petting stingrays and sharks!

Riding a double decker carousel overlooking the bay

Smelling (before seeing) the Sea Lions and watching them good around, knocking each other off the docks and barking all the while!

Heading back to Kate's closet for our last day of play - taking on the persona of "Katy Perry"

Celebrating Draysons 7th birthday with best combinations of food: Pasta, chips, bread, cupcakes and then a trip to the See's Chocolate store!

Our final evening:  overlooking Alcatraz island, eating carrots and lighting star and heart shaped sparklers!
