Tahoe ironman + snow?!!

It's that season again - Ironman Season! 

This time daddy decided to go west to stay out of the heat. Daddy tends to melt in more ways than one if it gets over 68 degrees. 

I think daddy might have gotten more than he bargained for when asking for cooler temps for this race. Tahoe had their first SNOW last night! This mornings weather forecast wasn't much better, all the bitter cold but at least no snow! When they started the swim it was 27 degrees!!!!! Maybe this race should be the Polar Bear Ironman?!

The day has begun to warm up and if I know my dad he is loving the 40 degree weather on his bike, but probably can't feel his fingers or toes still!!)
