Safety patrol

Once again mom has left the child rearing duties in my hands (loud sigh)

I am teaching morty how to buckle himself in, keep all appendages in the vehicle and if allowed out - how he must hold hands and look both ways before crossing the street.

Someone has to be the responsible party here, right??!!
