Ready for what?

I know that you are happy that Octopus's room is finally done....but honestly, I don't get it.
Done for what? Ready for what? You don't seem to get it at all.
This room has been fine for me for years now. I'm not sure why you've bothered doing all this stuff to the room. Sure, I appreciate all the new stuff to play on, but it really wasn't necessary....but thanks!

Sigh.....

What am I doing? Well, I was just thinking back to when cousin Leila came out for a visit. Remember? We took some pictures together and it was a great time. In fact, I was so excited I could hardly contain my twitching.
Well, anyway, I was just sitting here looking at our pictures thinking of what a great time we had.

Any idea when we'll get to see them again?
Well....I guess I'll just have to rely on these pictures in the meantime.
Sigh........

The Mystery of my Talents

Hello and welcome to my bath. Today we are going to discuss the mystery to my many talents. You see, there is a simple explanation, but you have to look deeply into my world....so, grab a seat and prepared to be amazed by the power of SUGAR!
First...let's start off with some mixing....what are we mixing? Well, in this case, nothing. BUT, we are practicing for mixing things such as muffins, cookies...basically any vehicle/food to which we can add copious amounts of sugar...mmmm....sugar, is there nothing it can't do?
Another talent? Meditating while eating a cookie....spiritual, I know.
How about my cool skill of hovering while eating a popsicle? Bet you can't do that?
Or, my ability to move at the speed of light while eating a lollipop...yep, just me and Superman....not much competition in our fast paced world.
And, perhaps most importantly, my power to bark, scream, and generally make everyone's life miserable when I'm without some form of sugar....superpowers vanishing...most refill on sugar...

Freedom!

Hey mom....what's up? Yep, don't worry, I'm right behind you pushing my car....not to worry! Would I ever knowingly do something that would be wrong? Oh course not!
Oh my God! Hey mom, look over there! HA! HA! Freedom!!!!!
Oh....I see you found me. Well, it's not my fault. You see, Pluto, Mickey and Minnie said that I should find a great place for them to play, so I went looking....quickly....and alone.
WHAT?! You expect me not to listen to the Mickey Mouse Club House members when they talk to me? You talk to the voice in your head, why can't I?!
Fine...whatever. You ready to come home or what? Come along.....

Litterer!

On our way home from the store today, I saw saw something that made me sick, I then demanded that mom pull my car right over!
What you might ask did I see what was so appalling? Well, I'll show you...let me stroll back here to where we passed it!

LOOK! LITTER! I know....appalling. So, I looked around and I found the perpetrator and decided that it was time for a little....chat.
So, I tried to be nice. First I told the perp how nice it smelled, then I suggested that perhaps they could do a better job of where it chose to shed it's litter. Then....our chat went all kinds of wrong. The perp told me that it had no idea what I was talking about and that the litter was not it's problem or it's fault. I'm a bit embarrassed to admit it...but I lost my temper.
And opened up a huge can a screaming and yelling at the Plant....it was not pretty. I'm embarrassed that I caused such a scene, but the Plant has to learn that littering is just NOT acceptable. Let me assure you, I put the fear of God into that plant...it will be a long time before it commits that action!

Finally!

So, FINALLY, after months of asking, dad agreed to go to the California Academy of Science and see the rays!
I have no idea why I love these rays so much, but as soon as we got in, I grabbed dad's hand and dragged him over to the railing screaming: "Ways! Ways!" You could see the excitement in the air, I tell you.
Then after things had settled down a bit, we headed off to the kid's area, where I worked on my favorite dish: aggressively stirred air!

Oh, I stirred the living hell out of it....you can see my skills amazed all those around me.
Then, on the way out, mom and dad asked me if I had a name I wanted to give to my little brother....it was a HUGE responsibility! So, I sat and thought....and finally, after about 20 seconds of heavy consideration, I chose the name "Octopus". Yep....awesome!

Shape my Food!

Everyone has a creative side although sometimes it is hidden and does not come to the surface quite as quickly as it does to others (don't worry some people are just late bloomers), however you can develop creativity by digging deep and practicing, searching
for your creative side and bringing it to the forefront.

Recently I have been working on my creative outlet through food! Some people, like my friend Kate, are refining and indulging their taste buds early - while I feel that food should not change in flavor but SHAPE! Why eat Rabbit or Duck when you food can be in the shape of such a loving creature!?
