I don't need no gym!

What kind of fool goes to the gym? I mean, I've figured out how to build muscle at home with some easy exercises...what to see? First, you grab your baby...

Then you lay on your back....and shake it on your right...
Then you shake it on your left...

then you shake it in the middle...
Then you stand up and you shake on the right...

then you shake it on the left...really get into it...
don't forget to shake it behind you for a great tushy workout! Sure, some people think that shaking a baby sends a bad message, but I see it as a means to an end.
