Dine on Swine?

So, being that it was the weekend, we all headed out for some breakfast at a local place called Polkers. First off, everyone in the world has told me that this is simply the BEST place to eat breakfast....quick question, what the hell did you order?! Because, whatever you ordered was not what I ordered. Sure, it was decent, but fantastic? Hardly. Give me some IHOP and a lot of syrup, and I'm good to go. Anyway....moving on....Bacon. Yep, tried it today. Picked it up....tasted it....put a sour look on my face...put it down....waited....picked it back up....bit off a bit....sour look....put it down.....picked it up.....bigger bite....less sour look....put it down. I kind of went on like this until it was gone. Not sure I love it...but something about it is just so damn...addictive....mom's says it's called "lard." Not sure what this lard is, but I think me likey!
