No means yes, right? - or at least maybe?

Mom and Dad love this MASSIVE store that is a size of a small city called Sports Basement and it seems they will go at any chance they can get. I am a fan of this store because they have cool kids toys to keep the little one occupied and they sell my favorite Ugg boots. BUT my all time favorite activity this store has t offer is something called the "stock ladder". By the my photographical documentation you can see what happens when Mom turns her back for a second.

Of course Mom has told me Not To Do This - over and over ... but seriously she says No ALL the time so how am I supposed to know when she REALLY means it?
