So, you might be wondering to yourself, how does Mallory ever maintain such a svelte body? Well, wonder no more! I'll let you in on a little secret, its cross-training! You see, after my play date left, I headed back up to the house for a little nap, then it was time to train. First we did some stairs for our gluts and quads, then on to some lunges through the deep grass - also for our legs.
Next, we arrived at our bench workout and did some pulls on the arm of the chair. Finally, we finished off our workout with a few Dora the Explorer chews and singing. People, its easy! And now you know... and knowing is half the battle! Yo Joe! Mallory...a real American Hero! (In case you've never watched GI Joe, skip the last sentence.)
