Naked Building Inspector!

Mom and dad have been having a little bit of work done on the house lately. Apparently, they have too much clothing so they had to have some new closets built...actually, the work started about 3 months ago...and mom and dad finally got tired of waiting for it to be done so they did the finishing touches themselves. So, after I heard that dad had been working on the closets himself, I knew that they'd need a professional inspection...thus, I took time out of my busy schedule to take a look.
First I asked dad to show me around the closets and to tell me what parts he did, as opposed to what parts were done by a trained professional. So, first off we traversed the baby-speed-bump and entered the closets.

Next I asked dad about the exposed electrical socket that he had failed to address during his work. I asked him if he wanted me to stick my fingers in there? Needless to say, he got my point. Once that had been taken care of by him, we inspected the floor he had installed, as well as the lighting. Apparently, mom thought it would be a great idea to let dad do the electrical....do you smell smoke? Those two should make a movie: Dumb and Dumbererer...Christ, I'm going to die in this death trap...damn all these baby gates.

Next, I stopped so I could flex my right bicep for everyone to admire....awesome.

Moving on...we checked the vents to make sure that dad hadn't messed them up, and lastly we checked to make sure the ceiling of the closet was up to par....good enough!

As we were heading out of the closet, I asked how they were going to get to the top shelves of the closet, they told me about the ladder. After I inspected it, I felt comfortable that the house was probably not going to burn or fall down in the next 24-48 hours, so I signed off on the new additions...let's start moving my clothes in now!
