Mother's Day at the Park

For my first mother's day, mom decided that she wanted to go play at the park. Dad, being of average intelligence, deduced that he should do that mom wanted and that going to the park for a few hours was a pretty easy request, so he went along. So, we did our usual swinging,
We played on this balance thing, while dad sat in the middle and tried to fall asleep.
Honestly, I'm not so sure about this toy...I think I prefer swinging.
Next we tried the hammock...which was a bit awkward to lay down in, so I tried my best to sit up.
Once I was sitting up, I was able to survey the area and find out where I wanted to go next.
Dad, as became the pattern, tried to take a nap.

My next area of play: the sandbox! It looked like so much fun! Dad napped again.
Having now seen dad's parenting abilities in action, mom took over once we got to the sandbox, which was fine, not like either of them can stop me from doing what I want. And you ask yourself, what does Mallory want? Well......
A HUGE MOUTHFUL OF SAND!
I don't get it. Why can't I eat the sand? And, if I can't eat the sand, what the hell does this useless sand-cup do? Why are we even in this big kitty litter box anyway?
