With all due respect to Jimbo The Clown (see below) I want to introduce you to my new best friend, Surly Bear! He's great. His nose is perfect for jamming into my mouth for a good gnaw, his body is a nice gumable plastic for me to slobber all over, and best of all he's made in China, so you know the paint is just that little extra bit tastier! Needless to say, considering mom's lack of enthusiasm for Clowns, she's totally on board with Surly Bear taking over for Jimbo as my new BFF.
The only problem with my bud Surly Bear is that - or so the dogs try to tell me - he's apparently a dog toy. I'm not sure I really believe the hounds, but when I get really excited and squeeze him and he squeaks, the dogs come and start circling like vulchers while at the same time whimpering with excitement over the prospect of getting their fangs into Surly Bear....bastards.
