Milk Allergies? Lactose Intolerant? Just Intolerant?

If we go back a few days to the first time that I was introduced to formula, you'll remember that the results were not ideal (also here). In fact, I think a couple pairs of dad's pants and sweaters and the dry-cleaners would argue that it was a disastrous failure. Now, the question becomes, does my belly not like milk based formula? Am I lactose intolerant? As my Aunt Maggie will tell you, being lactose intolerant is no picnic, it can be a stinky, sticky business if one decides that they need ice cream or cheese pizza or just a glass of milk. So, having now aggressively vomited after twice trying milk based formula, it has been decided that I'll get a chance to enjoy some soy today. Sure, some of you will cite some studies which say that it might not be all that healthy for me, but there are also studies that show it’s not an issue (Like for all of the people in ASIA!), and well.....if the choice is going hungry or having soy, bring on the soy!
All of the above being as it is, there is one other possibility: I might just not like anything my beloved breast milk. According to my doctor, there are some babies who just so dislike any and all food but what they've come to know and love, that they will just scream while being fed the new stuff (as I've been known to do) and then just throw it all back up....as I've also been known to do. Hell, last time, even after I got up/out all the fake milk, I kept on vomiting until I had also gotten all the tainted stomach acid out of my stomach as well!
Anyhoo, wish me luck, big meal today!
