Its girls NNNIIIGHHhhht!
Dad is away (running again - from what, I dont know) and you do you know what that means?... Chinese food, late day outings and visits to places Dad would never go! Yiippeee! This time we visited not one fatty food place but TWO!

First we went to this place I like to call HEAVEN but mom calls "See's Candy". Please keep this on the DL, for obvious reasons, but this place only sells candy and they give you FREE candy as soon as you walk into the door - what could be better!!?? Mom and I looked around for a while and then I spotted my item of choice... a Vanilla Lollypop that tasted like frosting!!


Next, we stumbled down the road a bit to find one of my favorite St. Louis establishments... P.F. Chang's! Mom and I had a yummy dinner of Vegetable Lo Mein and something called Chicken in Lettuce cups (although I didnt see or hear any chickens around) The BEST part was that Mom didn't ask me to take time off from my Lolly to have dinner - I had both at the same time and I'm telling you its a must try! Yum Yum!

Groggy

Well, my generally happy mood has not returned yet....I'm still trying to recover from two horrible night's sleep....so, let me introduce you to my newest comfort animal, this is Shaun the Sheep. No, you can't just call him Shaun, you must call him Shaun the Sheep, because when you just say or refer to him as Shaun, I have no idea who you are talking about. Also, it might occasionally sound like I'm referring to him as Shaun the Sheik, but don't mind that.

Anyway, since I was still a bit groggy and tired, Shaun the Sheep and I hit the couch for a little relaxing basking in the warming glow of the TV.

You'll notice that when I hit the couch, I was actually joining dad, who incidentally brought along what apparently is his new comfort toy - baby. I guess I can share with the guy....he looks kind of tired as well -- and let me tell you, that's a feeling to which I can related!

Pajamas - FAIL

So, as you should remember from yesterday, we tried tossing out the sleep sack and using my new footy pajamas....in theory - GREAT IDEA! Execution? Fail. You see, I go to sleep late now, and get up WAY early....so I'm in a piss-poor mood all day and the only thing I want to do is lay here in my new sleep nest and watch Dora on my new iPhone.

Don't bother me. Don't talk to me. Just leave me and Dora the hell alone! Do we look like we need you for any reason?

Now...you are excused. Leave me!

WAIT! I'm ready for a nap, you may apply my blanket....now, be gone!

Trying something new.....

Although you can't really tell in this picture, we tried something new last night. You see, mom and dad were worried that I was getting too big for my sleep sack. Also, they've noticed that I seem to be - pretty easily -unzipping myself from the sack every night and spending WAY too many hours of working on the zipper, rather than sleeping. So, we decided to see if footy-pajamas would work.

As you'll notice, these one piece pajamas are pretty cool. Just a zipper in front and I'm covered from toe to neck, very cozy! But, how do they travel?

We took them downstairs to try them out for a little walk around the house....and they did smashingly! But, mom got a little freaked out about how dirty my feet were getting, and said that there was no way I was going to wear them to bed in their current condition.

Well...regardless, I think they are dope! We'll see how well they sleep...basically, if they don't let me sleep, they are dead to me!

Feed the Machine

After a long day of playing in the hot sun, mom knows the one thing I really need is to refuel. You see, when I don't get fed regularly, I get a bit...cranky. So, once mom had my tired self dried off, she hauled me inside and plopped me down in front of the TV.

Ahhh.....Shaun the Sheep and plates of food....heaven!

Almost makes me forget about my farmer's tan...er....burn.

It's easy....easy like Tuesday Morning...

So, as we discussed yesterday, I do enjoy dragging my chair into the pool to do as the dogs do - wallow.

However, when I'm not wallowing, sometimes I just like to enjoy the view of my pool....from inside my pool....

Does this water look dry to you? Dora the Water Can and I think that we need to add a bit of water to this water...mom says the sun has clearly gone to my head.

Perhaps mom is right...perhaps I need to rehydrate.....you there! Get me a glass of whatever she's having...I don't know what it is, but it's on the chair behind me, so figure it out, and pronto!

Pool Toys

So, how does one go about killing hours with fun in my mini-pool? Simple: TOYS!

You see this thing here....I have no idea what it's for, but mom got it for me and so I stick it in the water then pull it out real fast and fling water everywhere. What about this is fun you ask? Well, when I get lucky, I fling cold water all over mom or dad and they scream and flail like little girlie-adults.

When I get done with my spinning thing, I get out my boats and I play with my motorboats as mom sings the motorboat song...she's great at it, next time you see her, you should demand that she sing it for you!

When all else fails and all the toys have been used, I just like to pull my chair into the water and just sit and sip my monkey juice and dangle my toes in the pool...that's a good time people....good time!

Fueling Up!

It is sweltering....didn't someone once say something about the coldest winter was a summer in San Francisco? What the hell were they talking about?! It's in the high 80s! So HOT!

Anyway, so mom being a good mom, has blown up my pool and prepared it for some recreational splashing...but first she insisted that I eat something...fine.

Ok...all done eating, let's hit the water!

Damn goggles....can't see a damn thing...ok, there's the water....cool water...

Now I just have to traverse the HOT deck to get to my oasis....so cool and refreshing, don't tell the dogs!

My New BFF Shaun

I have a new "Bloke" in my life and I thought it was time that I shared him with you. I honestly cannot get enough of him and both mom & dad think he's a real catch as well - shocker! He has a lot of qualities that I look for but mostly he makes me laugh and I feel all tingly when I say his name. As you can see below, when he is around I am mesmorized...



I just cant get enough of him! - This must be LOVE!

Hello and welcome to my newest play toy! It's the dog bed! Yep, Max and Brown Dog have agreed to share their space with me in return for me continuing to "accidentally" throw ungodly amounts of food to them while I eat.

Ok, now you sit up as fast as you can and try to run around the room! HA! I can't walk straight...this is great!

Hello there friends. Well, here I sit, watching my newest most favorite show in the world - Shaun The Sheep! And I'm stuck with a burning questions: Can these little piggies in my hands possibly be as tasty and fun to chew on as my hands? Let's have a go!

Just Chillin'

Hey there peoples, just chilling at the house, wearing mom's shoes around...the usual...

Why you ask do I like to wear mom's shoes? Um...well, I don't really know...I've just always loved to wear them! Some times I demand that mom take them off so that I can slip them on and stumble around the house...that's how I role!

Yep...that's pretty much how I spend all day long...just me and baby hanging around on the prowl for a new pair of fancy shoes.

Hey you there....let's take a look at those shoes you've got on...mmmm.....I think I like those!

Ok...I'm ready.....pull of these shoes off your feet and put them right here on my paws! I'm waiting.......

Super Mommy!

Yes, my mommy is super, but apparently so are other people's mommies! You see this is Camilla, she's Zach's mommy, and she's dope! We chilled a lot when they were here for thier visit, we ate Pirate Booty and had a lot of nice girl time to just talk about things....

AND, not only is she a great person to chill with, but she is STRONG! Check out this lift! MY hero! Even Brown Dog is impressed...he just hides it well.

Those are some weird dogs!

That's Zach and his daddy Mark...you'll remember Zach from our bath....anyway, so today we all went out for a walk to the harbor....why you ask? Well, you see we were trying to find the dogs.

Well, we kind of found the dogs....you see...even when we sit at home on the deck we can hear them barking...so we followed the barking to the source...and well...I'm confused.

PICK ME UP!! I want a better view! Mark is a great dad-sub!

HA! Sucks to be way down there don't it Zach? Can't see he dogs all that well, can you? HA!

Anyway, so these are the beasts that do the barking....I know...they don't look like dogs to me either...but let me assure you, they do bark! And they are even fat like our dogs!

Weird as hell.....but you know what? I think I like our dogs at home more....you know why?

These barking things smell! I mean....like...well, stink, stank, stunk! SMELLY!
